Who It’s For
Qualified examiners evaluating drivers on the equipment they will be assigned.
How to Use It
Have a competent carrier-designated examiner observe a test long enough to evaluate the assigned vehicle and equipment. Rate every applicable activity. A driver who is also the carrier cannot examine himself or herself. After a successful test, complete the separate certificate required by 391.31.
