Tell Us About Your Fleet
Fields marked * are required. This is a suggested coaching plan for U.S. property-carrying fleets.
A Useful Starting Point for Your Safety Meetings
The planner pairs common trucking safety topics with a discussion or demonstration and a follow-up check. You can change a topic, assign an owner, set a date, and add fleet-specific notes before printing or exporting the plan.
Use your inspection findings, event recorder reviews, driver feedback, and operating conditions to decide what deserves more time. Keep attendance, materials, and any required completion records separately.
Does this satisfy every required training program?
No. This is a suggested coaching calendar. Required programs, including applicable hazmat, entry-level driver, and supervisor training, have their own content, timing, and documentation requirements. The plan includes reminders and official references for further review.
Can I change the suggested schedule?
Yes. Every month’s topic, coordinator, date, status, and notes can be edited. Your selections prioritize topics; a short plan may not include every core or seasonal topic.
Are entries saved automatically?
No. Entries stay in this browser tab. Download a draft to continue later, or export the plan as a CSV or PDF. Closing or refreshing the page can clear your work. The tool does not email or submit your plan.
Where can I find training material?
Each month links to a related video on MSM’s public YouTube channel and includes a ready-to-use toolbox talk. Preview the video and tailor the discussion to your operation. Members can build a library-linked plan from the Safety Training page. You can also review FMCSA’s driver safety tips.
