He earned degrees in Finance/Risk Management and Economics from the Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University. Drawing on deep industry knowledge and hands-on expertise, Sam helps thousands of motor carriers nationwide strengthen fleet safety programs, reduce risk, and stay compliant with FMCSA regulations.
